Are you passionate about leading complex technical projects in a forward-thinking, global tech environment? At r2p, we’re looking for a Project Manager to drive smart mobility solutions for the public transport sector—from onboard CCTV to real-time passenger information systems.
Join our team in San Sebastian, Spain that thrives on innovation, ownership, and impact. You'll manage full project lifecycles, align internal and external stakeholders, oversee budgets, and be the driving force behind successful delivery.

This is how You Make a Difference

Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, production, procurement, sales, development) through all project phases.
Coordinate with internal departments and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Build strong customer relationships, manage expectations, and identify upsell opportunities.
Support and mentor junior team members while promoting a culture of continuous learning.

What you Bring to the Table

A degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or similar.
3 to 5+ years of experience in tech project management (electronics, software, or transport systems).
PMP or similar certification (preferred).
Strong knowledge of project tools such as MS Project, and experience in risk and stakeholder management.
Fluency in English & Spanish is mandatory. Other languages are a plus.
