Als Spezialist*in in der Beschaffung & Planung bist du Teil unseres dynamischen Operations Teams in Flensburg und bist eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Planung, Lager und Lieferanten. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Materialien und Dienstleistungen rechtzeitig, wirtschaftlich und in der gewünschten Qualität bereitstehen. Dein Beitrag umfasst:

Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen entsprechend der Anforderungen
Bedarfsermittlung sowie Erstellung von Bedarfs- und Forecast-Planungen
Anlage und Verwaltung von Bestellungen, Verfolgung von Lieferterminen und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten im ERP-System
Überwachung der Lieferantenperformance (Termintreue, Qualität, Service)
Unterstützung der Versand- und Lagerkoordination
Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung operativer Beschaffungsprozesse
Enge Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und internen Kolleg*innen
Erstellung von Reports und Analysen

Persönlich bist Du

zuverlässig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
kommunikativ und durchsetzungsstark im Umgang mit Lieferanten und Kolleg*innen
ein Teamplayer, der dennoch eigenständig arbeiten kann
offen, serviceorientiert und bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Das bringst Du mit

Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, in der Disposition oder in der operativen Beschaffung
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Organisationstalent und Freude daran, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten

We are currently looking for a full-time Procurement & Planning Specialist (m/f/d) to actively expand our Operations team in Flensburg.

This is how You Make a Difference

As a Procurement & Planning Specialist (m/f/d), you will be a key interface between Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse and our suppliers. You ensure that our materials and services are available on time, cost-efficiently and in the required quality. Your tasks include:

Procuring goods and services according to requirements
Demand determination and creating demand and forecast plans
Creating and managing purchase orders, tracking delivery dates and handling complaints
Maintaining and updating master data in the ERP system
Monitoring supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, service)
Supporting shipping and warehouse coordination
Contributing to the optimization of operational procurement processes
Communicating with suppliers and internal colleagues (via phone, email, MS Teams, meetings)
Creating reports and analyses

You are

reliable, structured, and solution-oriented
communicative and confident when interacting with suppliers and colleagues
a team player who can still work independently
open-minded, service-oriented, and willing to take responsibility

What you Bring to the Table

A completed commercial or technical education, or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in purchasing, disposition or operational procurement
Confident handling of ERP systems and strong MS Office skills
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Strong organizational abilities and enthusiasm for shaping and improving processes
Experience in supply chain or material planning is a plus
