This is how You Make a Difference
As a Production Planner (m/f/d), you play a central role in ensuring efficient, timely and well-coordinated production processes. You make sure that production and material planning works seamlessly across departments. Your tasks include:
  • Planning, creating, scheduling and releasing production orders while ensuring capacity, material availability and on-time delivery
  • Maintaining realistic production and material requirements planning (MRP), monitoring order progress and managing deviations
  • Ensuring material availability in close collaboration with Procurement
  • Coordinating planning activities with Production, Logistics, and Quality Assurance to secure synchronized workflows and shipping dates
  • Maintaining and updating ERP master data, including BOMs, work plans, target times and order status
  • Optimizing production planning processes, tools, KPIs and internal workflows
  • Supporting production with order prioritization, contingency planning and resource planning (e.g., shift planning)

What you Bring to the Table
  • A commercial or technical education
  • An industrial, technical, or production-related background (e.g., Production Management or similar)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position with comparable responsibilities
  • Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Good English skills (German is a plus)
